Terms of Service

QUIBRAS (quibras.com) is entertainment software operated by Shereon Group OÜ (Estonia). By using the service you agree to these terms, our Rules, and Privacy Policy.

1. The software

QUIBRAS is browser-based software for adults (18+): live 1:1 video and text chat, optional mini-games, and Trust & Safety tooling. Core matching is free. Optional paid items are digital entitlements (filter unlocks) described on the Pricing page — not a dating or matchmaking subscription.

2. Paid features and Merchant of Record

Optional unlocks may be purchased via Paddle and/or Stripe. Prices and what you receive are shown before purchase. The supplier / seller is Shereon Group OÜ.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date. For Paddle payments, refunds follow Paddle’s Refund Policy. Request via your receipt / paddle.net or email privacy@quibras.com. If a refund is issued, access to the purchased paid features ends. Full details: Refund Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where higher). Minors are prohibited.
