QUIBRAS is browser-based entertainment software (live video chat, mini-games, safety tools). This page summarizes how we handle data for the product and for payments.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s privacy terms on behalf of Shereon Group OÜ. We receive purchase metadata needed to deliver digital entitlements (filter unlocks) to your QUIBRAS account. Legal bases for paid filters and invoices: contract and legal obligation (tax and accounting).
International transfers
Primary hosting is in the EU / EEA. Transfers outside the EEA rely on an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses (or equivalent safeguards) of the relevant provider.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing by emailing privacy@quibras.com. We process verified requests within one month, as required by GDPR. You may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) or with your local supervisory authority.
